Manufacturing Summary

This order comprised 20 single-layer aluminum PCBs produced in panel format, each measuring 130 × 240 mm with 1.6 mm thickness, 1 oz copper, and 1.0 W/mK thermal conductivity. The stack-up was engineered to meet AC 3000 V withstand requirements while accommodating a minimum hole size of 1.5 mm and standard 10/10 mil track spacing. Warm white soldermask and black silkscreen were applied to provide clear contrast on the metal substrate without compromising thermal transfer.

 

We performed metal base preparation, circuit imaging and etching, followed by thermal insulation lamination to ensure consistent dielectric performance. Solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling produced a uniform HASL Lead Free finish across all panels. Heat dissipation control was maintained at each thermal step to prevent warping and preserve the 1.0 W conductivity rating.

 

Electrical testing verified insulation integrity and circuit continuity on every panel within the 2.3-day production window. The completed batch delivered stable thermal and electrical characteristics suitable for reliable long-term operation in heat-dissipating assemblies.
