Silkscreen-layer circles at the indicated locations were confirmed as non-drill elements and excluded from the drill program. These decisions avoided potential broken holes or unintended openings while preserving the intended aluminum board outline.
Confirmed drill prioritization and silkscreen interpretation were implemented prior to production. The boards achieved consistent HASL thickness consistency on aluminum within the accelerated timeline. Full electrical test reports, quality certificates, and outgoing inspection documentation accompanied the shipment, confirming the panels met the specified thermal, mechanical, and electrical requirements.
