Manufacturing Summary

This 2-layer FR-4 board (102 × 107 mm, 1.6 mm thick, TG150, 1 oz copper) was produced in high-density 10×6 panels for a total of 1500 pieces. Leaded HASL surface finish was applied with green solder mask and white silkscreen over standard 10 mil line/space. The large panel format supported efficient processing of the sizable order volume, with 100% flying probe testing completed within a 1-day urgent delivery window.

 

DFM review addressed several process details for the small individual boards. Via treatment conflicted between system-noted openings and actual Gerber tenting in parts of the design. Limited board space prevented standard cycle marking addition. Positioning holes and fiducials required location confirmation, with some fiducials at risk of partial routing removal. All clarifications were resolved and panel adjustments confirmed before production.

 

Final panel configuration and via mask settings were implemented to maintain registration and solderability. The high-volume run achieved consistent HASL thickness uniformity across panels despite the accelerated schedule. Electrical test reports and quality certificates were supplied with the shipment, confirming full compliance and readiness for customer assembly.
