Manufacturing Summary

This 2-layer FR-4 board measured 161.5 × 177.5 mm with 1.6 mm thickness, TG150 material, and 1 oz copper on both sides. Produced as 30 pieces in 1×2 panels for 15 sets, the order used lead-free HASL surface finish, green solder mask, and white silkscreen. Line/space remained at standard 6 mil with 0.3 mm minimum holes, and the 1-day schedule included 100% flying probe testing together with routing separation.

 

DFM review addressed two key layout points. Arrow-indicated features showed half-hole designs, yet the order documentation did not specify whether castellated processing was required; this was clarified to determine plating and routing intent. Multiple silkscreen characters overlapped pads, creating potential interference with soldering; the recommendation to remove text from pad surfaces was confirmed to preserve solderability.

 

Confirmed castellated hole attributes and silkscreen adjustments were implemented prior to production. The short-turn boards achieved consistent lead-free HASL coverage within the accelerated timeline. Full electrical test reports, quality certificates, and outgoing inspection documentation accompanied the shipment, confirming the panels met the specified mechanical and electrical requirements.
