Manufacturing Summary

This order comprised five single 4-layer FR4 PCBs measuring 66.04 × 54.1 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The 4/4 mil minimum track and spacing qualified as tighter geometry, requiring precise inner layer imaging, circuit etching, and registration during layer stack alignment to maintain feature integrity. With a 0.2 mm minimum hole size, standard drilling and plating parameters were adjusted to ensure clean vias across all layers without blind vias or impedance control.

 

Green solder mask and white silkscreen were applied before surface finishing. We executed molten solder coating and hot air leveling to produce a uniform HASL Lead Free finish, delivering reliable solderability on the compact boards. The default stackup and multilayer lamination proceeded smoothly, supporting consistent interlayer connections throughout the small batch.

 

Electrical testing confirmed full continuity and isolation on every board, completing the production in 2.8 days. The execution yielded dependable standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs with HASL Lead Free that matched the customer's specifications exactly.
