After etching, green solder mask and white silkscreen were applied in standard thickness. We then executed molten solder coating followed by hot air leveling to produce a uniform HASL Lead Free surface finish across all boards. Electrical testing verified netlist integrity on every piece, confirming that the simple stackup and absence of impedance control introduced no deviations during fabrication.

 

The order was completed without iteration, delivering five consistent 2-layer FR4 PCBs that met all specified parameters for hole registration, copper definition, and solderability.
