Manufacturing Summary

For this order of five 2-layer FR4 Panel PCBs, production followed the 105 × 57.8 mm panel size, 1.6 mm thickness, and 1 oz copper weight listed in the custom stackup. Minimum 6/6 mil track spacing and 0.2 mm hole size fell within conventional limits, so circuit imaging and etching advanced without geometry-related adjustments. Absence of impedance control or blind vias allowed the sequence to stay on standard parameters while still meeting the specified panel format and small quantity.

 

Green solder mask and white silkscreen were applied after etching. We then performed molten solder coating and hot air leveling to produce the HASL Lead Free surface finish, delivering uniform pad coverage suitable for reliable assembly. Every panel received full electrical testing to confirm continuity and isolation before release.

 

The entire run from engineering review through material preparation and final inspection was completed in 2.2 days. Resulting boards showed consistent thickness, plating, and surface finish across all five panels, matching the predictable execution expected for this conventional 2-layer FR4 PCB specification.
