Manufacturing Summary

This order comprised 150 units of 2-layer FR4 panel PCBs measuring 55 × 77 mm, built to a 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper weight. The design followed a conventional 10/10 mil track and spacing geometry together with 0.3 mm minimum holes, green soldermask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free finish on a custom stackup. These parameters placed the job firmly in the standard-specification category, allowing established process windows while still requiring careful attention to panel layout and material consistency for the chosen board size.

 

We performed an engineering review and material preparation before moving into circuit imaging and etching to define the copper features. Solder mask application was completed prior to molten solder coating and hot air leveling, which produced a uniform HASL Lead Free surface suitable for reliable assembly. Because the design carried no impedance control or blind vias, the flow remained straightforward yet demanded precise control during hot air leveling to avoid excessive copper dissolution on the 2-layer panels.

 

Electrical testing of every panel verified net continuity and isolation, confirming consistent results across the full quantity. The complete manufacturing sequence was finished in 1.6 days, delivering boards that meet expected mechanical and electrical performance for standard 2-layer PCB applications. The panelized format supported efficient handling while preserving edge quality and dimensional stability throughout the run.
