Manufacturing Summary
We manufactured these 10 units of 2-layer 1.6 mm FR4 PCBs measuring 69.85 × 55.88 mm. The design used 1 oz copper with conventional 6/6 mil track and spacing together with 0.8 mm minimum holes. A distinctive requirement was the black soldermask combined with yellow silkscreen; we adjusted exposure and development parameters to achieve sharp legend edges and consistent contrast without registration drift on the compact single boards.
Production followed the planned sequence of engineering review, board material preparation, circuit imaging and etching, solder mask application, then molten solder coating and hot air leveling to deposit the HASL Lead Free surface finish. Electrical testing verified isolation and continuity on every board. With no impedance control or blind vias specified, the straightforward stackup supported steady plating quality and allowed the entire order to be completed in two days.
The larger hole size and standard geometry produced uniform solderability and mechanical reliability across the small batch, delivering boards ready for assembly without deviation from the required specifications.
