Manufacturing Summary

This order required fabrication of five 4-layer Rogers PCBs built on RO4003C material. The compact single boards measured 34 × 16 mm, finished at 1.6 mm thickness with 1 oz copper weight, 8/8 mil standard traces, and 0.25 mm minimum holes. Green solder mask, white silkscreen, and HASL Lead Free surface finish were applied to support reliable assembly in high-frequency circuits.

 

We began with dedicated Rogers material preparation followed by inner layer imaging, etching, and precise stack alignment. High-pressure lamination and low-loss material processing maintained dielectric consistency across the small formats. Subsequent solder mask application, molten solder coating, and hot air leveling produced uniform surfaces without bridging on the tight board outlines.

 

The full sequence, spanning 17.6 days, allowed thorough verification at every stage. All five boards passed electrical testing without rework, confirming stable performance and consistent layer registration for this Rogers PCB run.
