This single-layer Flexible PCB order comprised 200 boards measuring 34 × 14 mm with an ultra-thin 0.07 mm construction. Built on polyimide with rolled copper at 1/2 oz weight, the circuits used 6/6 mil trace and spacing together with 0.3 mm minimum holes. No soldermask, silkscreen or stiffener was specified, so material preparation and polyimide handling received close attention to preserve dimensional stability during imaging and etching.
Coverlay lamination was applied prior to surface treatment. We then performed electroless nickel deposition followed by immersion gold to produce a reliable ENIG finish.
