Manufacturing Summary

This production run of five 2-layer FR4 PCBs measured 77 × 137 mm with standard 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper weight. The 5/5 mil trace and spacing geometry required careful circuit imaging and etching to maintain consistent line definition across the boards. Green soldermask paired with white silkscreen provided clear contrast while following the default stackup, and the entire sequence stayed within a compact 1.7-day window from material preparation to completion.

 

HASL Lead Free surface finish was achieved through molten solder coating and hot air leveling, producing a uniform protective layer suitable for both through-hole and surface-mount assembly. With no impedance control specified and a minimum hole size of 0.3 mm, the process remained focused on standard FR4 fabrication tolerances. Each board then received full electrical testing to confirm net continuity and isolation.

 

The small quantity and tighter geometry were managed as individual single PCBs rather than panels, resulting in clean edges and reliable dimensional stability. All five boards met the stated specifications without deviation, supporting consistent performance for the intended application.
