Manufacturing Summary

This production run covered ten 2-layer aluminum PCBs in panels measuring 102 x 227 mm. With 2 mm thickness and 2.0W thermal conductivity on the aluminum base, the focus remained on effective heat dissipation. Metal base preparation and thermal insulation lamination ensured strong adhesion and optimal thermal performance.

 

The design employed 1 oz copper with 8/8 mil minimum track and spacing, which suits conventional requirements for aluminum PCBs. White soldermask and black silkscreen were applied for clear identification. An immersion gold ENIG surface finish was achieved via electroless nickel and gold deposition steps to provide excellent conductivity and protection.

 

Attention to heat dissipation control and electrical testing verified the AC 2500 V withstand voltage across all boards. The completed panels demonstrated consistent quality, offering dependable performance for applications requiring robust thermal management and reliability.
