Production of these 50 standard 4-layer FR4 PCB panels measuring 125 x 14.5 mm was straightforward given the 6/6 mil minimum track and spacing. The 1.6 mm thick boards with 1 oz copper and 0.2 mm holes were processed using the default stackup. We applied green soldermask and white silkscreen, followed by immersion gold ENIG to enhance corrosion resistance and ensure good wetting during component assembly.
Key steps included engineering review, material preparation, inner layer imaging, and high pressure lamination after circuit imaging and etching. Layer stack alignment received particular attention due to the elongated panel shape. Solder mask application preceded the electroless nickel and immersion gold deposition processes. All panels passed 100% electrical testing.
The complete order was delivered within 4.2 days, with each panel maintaining excellent registration and surface quality. This project highlights consistent execution for panelized boards featuring conventional geometries and ENIG finish.
