Manufacturing Summary

We completed production of 50 panelized 4-layer FR4 PCBs with dimensions of 75 x 165 mm and a board thickness of 1.6 mm using 1 oz copper. These boards featured a conventional 6/6 mil trace and space geometry with minimum hole sizes of 0.3 mm. The combination of black soldermask, white legend, and immersion gold ENIG finish provided both functional protection and a clean aesthetic for final PCB assembly.

 

Manufacturing processes followed a standard multilayer flow beginning with engineering review and material preparation. Inner layer imaging and etching were performed prior to layer stack alignment and high pressure lamination. Subsequent steps included solder mask application and controlled electroless nickel deposition with immersion gold. Comprehensive electrical testing confirmed the integrity of every panel.
