Manufacturing Summary

For this production run of five 6-layer FR4 PCBs, boards were processed with dimensions of 233 x 160.15 mm, 1.6 mm thickness, and 1 oz copper. The 5/5 mil minimum track and spacing presented tighter geometry that required precise inner layer imaging, accurate etching, and careful layer stack alignment to maintain feature integrity throughout the multilayer build. Following the default stackup without impedance control, high pressure lamination ensured solid bonding between layers.

 

Green solder mask and white silkscreen were applied to provide clear component identification. The surface was finished with immersion gold ENIG through electroless nickel deposition and gold immersion, delivering a durable and oxidation-resistant pad surface suitable for assembly. Every board then underwent comprehensive electrical testing to verify connectivity.

 

The manufacturing was completed over 11.1 days, resulting in a consistent set of boards that met all specified requirements for this larger-format 6-layer design with ENIG finish.
