We produced five 276 × 276 mm single-layer aluminum PCBs for this order, each built on a 1.6 mm aluminum base with 1.0 W/mK thermal conductivity. The panels carry 1 oz copper circuitry with standard 10/10 mil track and spacing, 1.5 mm minimum holes, white solder mask, black silkscreen, and OSP surface finish. The AC 2500 V voltage withstand requirement shaped material selection and layer bonding to ensure reliable dielectric strength between the circuit and metal substrate.
Manufacturing began with metal base preparation and precise thermal insulation lamination to maintain consistent heat dissipation across the large panel area. Circuit imaging and etching defined the copper pattern, followed by solder mask application, organic coating for OSP, and anti-oxidation treatment. Heat dissipation control steps were integrated throughout to preserve the 1.0 W thermal performance from base material through final assembly.
Full electrical testing after completion confirmed all specifications, including voltage withstand and circuit integrity. The entire run was delivered in 4.7 days, providing panels that meet the thermal and electrical demands of the customer’s application with stable, repeatable results.
