Manufacturing Summary

For this production of 1,125 units, we manufactured 4-layer FR4 PCBs in panel format, each 50 x 50.7 mm with 1.6 mm thickness and 1 oz copper. We followed the custom stackup closely during layer alignment and high-pressure lamination to ensure accurate registration across the four layers. The 6/6 mil minimum track and spacing along with 0.3 mm holes fit standard manufacturing capabilities, supporting efficient etching and processing of the full order.

 

We applied matte green soldermask and white silkscreen before completing the surface with immersion gold ENIG. Electroless nickel deposition and gold immersion were controlled to provide uniform pad coverage and long-term reliability on every board. We then performed batch AOI inspection and electrical testing to confirm all panels met the required standards without impedance control.

 

Production wrapped up in six days, yielding a reliable set of standard 4-layer FR4 PCBs with consistent quality throughout the batch. The combination of conventional geometry and ENIG finish delivered boards ready for straightforward assembly while maintaining dimensional stability from lamination through final yield control.
