Silkscreen characters fell below reliable printability and were enlarged to a minimum height of 0.8 mm after confirmation.
Confirmed connection points, edge protection, thickness control, and character sizing were implemented prior to production. The long flex panels achieved consistent OSP surface finish consistency within the planned timeline. Full electrical test reports and quality certificates accompanied the shipment, confirming the boards met the revised mechanical and electrical requirements.
